HOW DOES INSURANCE ASSOCIATES HELP IF I HAVE A CLAIM?
Insurance Associates works as your advocate to assure you receive a prompt and fair claims settlement. We encourage you to contact us about your claim. Our staff will assist you through the claims process.

IMPORTANT
Report any accident – no matter how minor – to Insurance Associates.
If you are not the owner of the car you were driving at the time of the accident, report the accident to both Insurance Associates and to the owner's insurance company. If you are driving a company owned business vehicle, report the accident promptly in accordance with your company's instructions. Make prompt written report to the authorities as required by law.

TO REPORT A CLAIM THAT INVOLVES BODILY INJURY OR SERIOUS PROPERTY DAMAGE
If you are in the unfortunate position to have to report a claim of this nature, please take the following steps:

1. Write down the details of the incident immediately, while it is still fresh in your mind;
2. Refer to the information we sent with your policy;
3. Call our office immediately and advise you need to report a claim;
4. If after office hours, please call our office service or email us at: service@insuranceassc.com. One of our claim representatives will be in contact with you within the next business day.
